How this website looks after your information.
This website belongs to Chris Jullings, a photographer who takes commissions in return for donations to charity (‘Clicking for Charity’). Chris is responsible for the information collected through this website.
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send through the enquiry form on the Contact page: your name, your email address, a short description of what you would like photographed, and your message.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your commission. We do not use them for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with anyone else.
Under UK data protection law, our reason is that you asked us to get in touch, and we need your details to reply.
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request, and then delete them. If your commission goes ahead, we may keep your details for a reasonable time afterwards in case we need to follow up.
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If that changes, for example if we add visitor statistics, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Use the contact form to get in touch. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
